Chatter Progress 1.0

This based off Loish illustration:

The hood was a challenge, since I tried to extrude from the jacket. But it's simple after using another object (a sphere) s a base. The only challenges I foresee are hands (as usual) and hair. I haven't decided if I wanted to do planes or polygons.
